Digital Product Policy
All our products are digital embroidery design files. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital products unless the file is defective.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

You receive a corrupt or non-functional file.

You accidentally purchased the same design multiple times.

The design file format is not as described and cannot be used with your embroidery machine.
To request a refund, you must:

Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and screenshots or error messages (if available).
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
File Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your embroidery machine supports the file format you are purchasing. We provide designs in the following formats:
EMB, DST, JEF, PES, PEC, HUS, EXP, VIP, VP3.
